How much does land clearing cost?

Land-clearing prices depend on the acreage, vegetation density, tree size, terrain, accessibility, debris-removal needs and desired final condition. A site evaluation is usually necessary to provide an accurate estimate.

Do you remove stumps?

Stump handling depends on the service and project scope. Stumps may be ground, uprooted or left in place depending on the property owner’s goals and the planned use of the land.

Can you clear only part of my property?

Yes. Selective clearing may be used when a property owner wants to clear specific areas while preserving designated trees or natural features.

Will vegetation grow back after clearing?

Land clearing removes existing trees, brush and vegetation, but it does not permanently prevent natural regrowth. Ongoing mowing, spraying, mulching or other property maintenance may be necessary.

What happens to the trees and debris?

Depending on the project, vegetation may be mulched, stacked, removed or otherwise handled according to the approved scope of work. Large timber and demolition debris may require separate hauling.

How long does a land-clearing project take?

The timeline depends on the size of the property, vegetation density, tree size, terrain, weather, equipment access and whether debris must be hauled away.
